Accessibility
Last updated: July 2, 2026
This statement describes how we approach accessibility on the BrainVaultAI platform. It is provided for transparency and does not constitute a formal conformance claim or legal advice. If you run into a barrier or need content in a different format, email info@brainvaultai.com.
Our Commitment
BrainVaultAI, operated by Sheridan St of Florida LLC, wants the Platform to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or reduced-motion settings. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time task, and we improve it as we build.
The Standard We Aim For
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our design and build target. This is a goal we work toward, not a certification. We have not completed an independent third-party audit and we do not publish a formal conformance report (VPAT). Some parts of the Platform may not yet fully meet every Level AA success criterion, and we treat any gap we find or that you report as something to fix.
Measures Built Into the Platform
The following measures are implemented today across the Platform:
- Skip to content:A “Skip to content” link is the first focusable element on every page, so keyboard and screen-reader users can jump past the navigation straight to the main content (WCAG 2.4.1, Bypass Blocks).
- Keyboard navigation: Interactive elements are reachable and operable with the keyboard, and the page declares a document language so assistive technology can pronounce content correctly.
- Visible focus indicators: Interactive elements show a visible focus outline when navigated by keyboard, so you can always see where you are on the page.
- Semantic structure: Pages use semantic HTML landmarks (header, navigation, main, sections, and footer) and heading hierarchy so the structure is exposed to assistive technology.
- Labeling: Navigation regions, controls, and interactive components use ARIA labels and roles where a visible label is not sufficient, and purely decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
- Reduced motion:The Platform respects your operating system “reduce motion” setting. When that setting is on, animations and motion effects are reduced or removed.
Known Limitations
We want to be honest about where gaps may exist. In plain terms:
- We have not yet completed an independent accessibility audit, so some issues may not have been identified.
- Parts of the Platform embed third-party services we do not control, including Stripe Checkout for payments, Cal.com for scheduling calls, and PostHog. Their accessibility is governed by those providers, and we cannot guarantee it.
- Some interactive diagrams, tools, and generated content may not be fully optimized for every assistive technology. If a specific tool or lesson is not usable for you, tell us and we will help you get the content another way.
Report a Barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, cannot complete a task, or need content in an alternative format, please contact us. Tell us the page or feature, what happened, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if you can, so we can reproduce and fix it.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within a reasonable time and to work with you on a solution while we address the underlying issue.
Ongoing Work
We review accessibility as part of building and updating the Platform and will update this statement as our practices change. If we complete a formal audit or conformance evaluation in the future, we will describe its scope and date here.
