AI Certification · 12-week live program

Stop collecting AI tips. Start operating on AI systems.

Most people save AI advice and never implement any of it. That stops here. Over 12 weeks, live, you build real AI agents, workflows, and automated systems for your own work, and you earn the AI Foundation Certification when you ship your capstone.

Who this is for

Admission is by application, on purpose.

Twelve weeks of live building only works when everyone in the room is there to build. So before you apply, do the first check yourself.

Built for you if

  • You run a business, a team, or a serious solo practice, and 10+ hours of your week goes to work AI should be doing.
  • You want AI actually running work for you: agents, workflows, and systems, not another folder of saved tips.
  • You can commit to a weekly live session plus a few hours of real implementation for 12 weeks.
  • You are willing to build in your real work while you learn, so every week ships something you keep.

Not for you if

  • You want a library of videos to watch someday. This is a live build program, not a course archive.
  • You are not willing to run what you build on real work during the 12 weeks.
  • You need guaranteed outcomes without doing the implementation work.
  • You are shopping for a weekend hack. This is a 12-week build with a capstone at the end.

Your 12 weeks

One build, told in four phases.

Every week has a live session and something real to ship. Here is how the whole arc unfolds, from your first working agent to a certified system.

  1. Weeks 1-3

    Foundations: your first working agent

We start by mapping your operating layer: the recurring work your week actually runs on. Then you build your first AI employee, a Researcher that digs up answers, prices, and options in minutes instead of hours, and you put it on real tasks until handing work off feels normal.

Your first agent handling real research, daily, by week 3.

  2. Weeks 4-6

Workflows: systems that run without you

Next you add a Writer that drafts emails, quotes, and posts in your own voice, then wire it to your Researcher so work flows from question to finished draft without you in the middle. You start handing off the admin layer too: scheduling, follow-ups, the details that slip.

Work shipping end to end through a pipeline you no longer touch.

  3. Weeks 7-9

Your AI staff: four employees, one team

Your Assistant and your Analyst come online, joining the Researcher and Writer. The Analyst watches your numbers and tells you what needs attention. By week 9 all four are running real work in the same week, and you are measuring the hours coming back.

Researcher, writer, assistant, and analyst active on real work in a single week.

  4. Weeks 10-12

Certification: ship the capstone, get certified

The last phase makes it permanent. You overhaul the weak spots, write the runbook so anyone could operate your system, and ship your capstone: the full system, documented and running. You present it at the showcase, it gets reviewed, and you earn the AI Foundation Certification.

Your capstone system shipped, reviewed, and certified.

Every week, all 12 weeks: a live build session, weekly Q&A calls held afternoon and evening so schedules are covered, the template and prompt library, and the private community between calls.

Before you apply

Read this before you join.

Straight answers to the questions that decide whether a 12-week live program is right for you.

How much time does this take each week?

Plan for the weekly live session plus about 3 to 4 hours of implementation. The coursework is self-paced, so you choose when those hours happen, and the live Q&A calls run at more than one time each week, afternoon and evening, so most schedules are covered.

I'm not technical. Can I actually do this?

Yes. There is no code, ever. The coursework is built for non-technical owners, operators, and professionals, and anything hands-on gets walked through together on the live calls. If you can follow steps and show up, you can build this.

What happens after I apply?

Three steps: we review your application, you book a short call, and we make a decision together. On the call we go over your situation, the program, and the terms, so you know exactly what you are saying yes to. If we do not think we can genuinely help you, we will say so.

When does the next cohort start?

Your exact start date is confirmed on your call, after your application is reviewed. The coursework is self-paced from the day you start and the live calls run every week, so you are never waiting months to begin.

What does the certification actually certify?

Shipped work, not watched videos. To earn the AI Foundation Certification you complete the 12-week build, ship your capstone system, and present it for review. The certificate says: this person built working AI systems, and here is what they built.

What if I miss a live call?

The calls run at two times each week, afternoon and evening, so you can almost always catch one. They are recorded, and the private community answers questions between calls, so missing a session never means falling behind.

What about refunds and the commitment?

This is a 12-week commitment, and admission is by application on purpose. We cover pricing, terms, and exactly what is expected of you on your call, before you pay anything, so there are no surprises on either side.

Can I enroll my team?

Yes. Teams get the most out of this when everyone builds against the same operating layer. Mention your team in your application, or start from the Teams page.

How is this different from the AI Agents packs?

The packs are self-serve: templates and self-paced programs you run on your own. The certification is 12 weeks live with us: we build with you, review your work, and certify the result. If you want tools, get a pack. If you want the system built, running, and certified, this is that.

Do I need to have used AI before?

You do not need to be an engineer, but complete beginners should start with our free guides first. If you have used a tool like ChatGPT or Claude for real work, even a little, you are ready. The program supplies the structure; you supply the reps.
