Project Knowledge Files: What to Upload

Upload these files to your Claude Project knowledge base: 1. Voice doc, 3-5 samples of writing in your actual voice (emails, posts, messages you sent). Title it VOICE.md. 2. Offer doc, your offer stack, pricing, objections, and FAQs. Title it OFFERS.md. 3. ICP doc, who you sell to, their language, their pain points in their words. Title it ICP.md. 4. SOPs, any repeatable process you want Claude to follow (content workflow, email structure, sales call flow). One file per SOP. Keep each file under 2,000 words. Claude reads all of them at session start. Longer files get skimmed, not read. Tight files get followed.
