This is a two-prompt system. The first pass classifies every email into four buckets: action required, FYI only, needs scheduling, and delete. The second pass drafts replies for the action-required bucket in your voice. Run it Sunday night or first thing Monday. Feed it a plain-text dump of your inbox (export from Gmail or copy-paste subject lines + senders). Claude returns a triage table and ready-to-send drafts. The voice calibration block at the top is the key. Spend two minutes filling it in once and every draft will sound like you wrote it.
