- Hook (first line only, this is everything)
- Format: thread / single / carousel / video script
- Core claim or insight (one sentence, what's the actual point)
- Why it will perform (specific mechanism, curiosity gap / contrarian / actionable / social proof)

1. Write the full post (or thread) exactly as it would be published
2. Write 2 hook variants (same body, different first line)
3. Note the best time to post based on content type
4. Flag anything that needs a visual or screenshot to land Rules:

- Threads: max 8 tweets, each tweet must stand alone
