Give Claude your topic and audience and get a full webinar outline, slide-by-slide talking points, and a replay email sequence in one shot.

Free template · copy-paste ready · built by the BrainVaultAI team

Most webinars fail because they're built like a lecture instead of a sale. This template structures your webinar the way high-converting ones actually run: hook, problem agitation, solution demo, objection handling, offer. Proven shape, your content. Use it when you're launching a product, warming a list, or filling a program. Takes one pass with Claude, then a few hours of your own polish. ### How to use

Fill in the briefing block. Run the Outline prompt. Then run the Slide Talking Points prompt for each section. Run the Email prompt last for your follow-up sequence.

Webinar Outline Prompt
Build a complete webinar outline for me. Use this structure: Hook (5 min) → My Story / Credibility (5 min) → The Problem (10 min) → The Solution Framework (20 min) → Live Demo or Case Study (15 min) → Objection Handling (10 min) → Offer + Close (10 min) → Q&A (15 min). For each section give me: purpose, 3 talking points, one audience engagement moment. Briefing:
- Topic: [YOUR TOPIC]
- Audience: [WHO IS IN THE ROOM]
- Their #1 problem: [SPECIFIC PAIN]
- My solution: [WHAT I SELL OR TEACH]
- Desired outcome for attendee: [WHAT THEY LEAVE WITH]
- Call to action at the end: [WHAT I'M SELLING OR ASKING] Make the hook a bold claim or surprising stat, not a welcome. Start with tension.
Post-Webinar Email Sequence
Write a 3-email post-webinar follow-up sequence for people who attended. Email 1 (send same day): Replay link + one-sentence key takeaway + CTA to [ACTION]
Email 2 (send day 2): Address the top objection from the webinar + social proof + CTA
Email 3 (send day 4): Urgency / deadline if applicable + final CTA Tone: direct, peer-to-peer. No corporate speak. Short paragraphs. Each email under 200 words. Context:
- Webinar topic: [TOPIC]
- Offer / CTA: [WHAT YOU'RE SELLING OR ASKING]
- Top objection people have: [OBJECTION]
- One case study or result I can cite: [RESULT]
