What good looks like

You type

Subject: Just listed: 412 NE 18th, pool. Preheader: Three beds, heated pool, and new impact windows, ten minutes to Las Olas. Price: 549,000. Open house Saturday 11 to 2.

You get back

You get one code block with the full email. At the top, your name and brokerage sit on a white bar. Under it, the hero photo runs the full 600 pixels. Below that, 549,000 and the address sit in live text, with 3 beds, 2 baths, 1,640 sq ft in a row underneath. Three bullets name the pool, the impact windows, and the quartz kitchen. An open house line reads Saturday, 11 to 2. Three gallery photos sit in a row. One button reads Book a private showing. Your phone, email, brokerage, and license number close it out.

How you know it worked

The test email lands in your inbox and reads clean on your phone.

Tips

  • Host photos somewhere public first. Email cannot read a file on your desktop.
  • Test on your phone. Most of your list opens there.
  • Let your ESP add the unsubscribe link. Do not write your own.
