POST TYPE: Question post Spring hit Seminole Heights this week. Three homes on my block went live in two days. Two had backup offers by Sunday night. The third is still sitting because the photos are dark. Buyers are moving fast on anything that shows well. Sellers are still asking last year's prices on some streets.
