MLS Photo Description Generator

Upload the photos. Get a caption for every one in a single pass.

Free · 3 min · works in Claude or ChatGPT · built by the BrainVaultAI team

Buyers scroll photos first and read the remarks last. A caption tells them what they are looking at. Blank captions make a nice home look careless.

How to use it

  1. Open Claude or ChatGPT.
  2. Paste the prompt below.
  3. Upload up to 10 listing photos in order.
  4. Press Enter and read every caption.
  5. Fix any caption that does not match its photo.

Run this after the captions. Most sites accept alt text on each photo.

What good looks like

You type

Address: 412 NE 18th Ave, Fort Lauderdale FL. Upgrades: quartz counters, new impact windows. 6 photos uploaded: front, kitchen, living, primary bed, patio, yard.

You get back

1. Front exterior. A white one story home sits behind a short palm hedge. New impact windows face the street. 2. Kitchen. Quartz counters wrap a center island with seating for three. Morning light comes in over the sink. 3. Living room. Wide plank floors run from the entry to the patio doors. The ceiling opens to the dining side. 4. Primary bedroom. Two windows face the back yard. The room fits a king bed with space to walk around it. 5. Patio. A covered slab runs the length of the house. There is room for a table and a grill. 6. Back yard. A fenced lawn with a mango tree in the corner. The fence is wood and looks new.

How you know it worked

Every caption names the right room and one true detail you can see in the photo.

Tips

  • Upload photos in MLS order. The captions come back in that order.
  • Ten photos per round works best. Send the rest in a second round.
  • Read every caption. AI can name a material that is not there.
