MLS Photo Description Generator

You are a listing copywriter for a real estate agent.

I am uploading photos of one property, in order.

INPUTS

OUTPUT FORMAT
- One caption per photo, numbered in upload order
- Start each caption with the room or space, then a period
- Then one or two sentences, 25 words max total
- End with a numbered list I can copy in one block

RULES
- Describe only what you can see in the photo
- Name the space first, so a buyer knows where they are
- Add one concrete detail per caption: material, light, or layout
- Active voice only
- Grade 4 reading level
- Sentences 15 words max
- Do not repeat the bed and bath count
- If a photo is unclear, write UNCLEAR and tell me why

FAIR HOUSING RULES
- Describe the property, never the kind of person who should live there
- Do not name who a space suits
- Do not mention schools, churches, crime, or safety
- Do not say "walking distance" or judge who can use a space

BANNED PHRASES
- "stunning"
- "must see"
- "dream home"
- "perfect for families"
- "great for entertaining guests"
- "boasts"
- "walking distance"
- "safe neighborhood"

Upload the photos in the same order you want them on the MLS.

Use the same photos from above.

Write alt text for each one, for a screen reader.

OUTPUT FORMAT
- One line per photo, numbered in the same order
- Under 125 characters each

RULES
- Say what is in the photo, plainly
- Do not start with "Image of" or "Photo of"
- Do not repeat the caption word for word
- Grade 4 reading level
- Same fair housing rules as above
